Uniquely integrative services provided for people suffering from alcohol and drug dependency, chronic pain and trauma.

Clients are offered state of the art treatment with a focus on recovery and development of practical recovery skills.Treatment is coordinated with physicians, therapists and community agencies in the Boulder and Denver area.

I adhere principally to the concepts of DBT skills training, harm reduction, relapse prevention and psycho-education in treating individuals with addictions, chronic pain and trauma. An assessment is done and the client is placed in the most appropriate treatment.

I offer the following Relapse Prevention groups:

Relapse Prevention: Individual and Group Therapy
Individual / Couples / Family Therapy

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy Group Skills Training
  • Chronic Pain and Addiction Relapse Prevention Group
  • Women's Relapse Prevention and Trauma Group

I provide unique opportunities for clients to learn about themselves and to take responsibility for their treatment. Somatic Experiencing practices are  incorporated into the therapy process.

It is my goal to encourage clients to become more accepting and aware of their unique strengths and to assist clients in taking greater pride and ownership of the power and responsibility they possess to direct and alter the course of their own thoughts, feelings and actions in life.

Assessment and Evaluation: Individual or family session to determine the presence of a substance problem, the stage of change or readiness for treatment and recommendations for the appropriate level of care.
